First and foremost I’m happy and proud she walked to get her Masters degree on Thursday.

Now that’s out of the way let’s get to some of the things that really irritated me. We dropped the dogs off at boarding so they wouldn’t interfere with “us” time (of course rarely happened. I dropped hints all weekend on romantic things to do that were quickly brushed aside after her asking “is there anything you’d love to do?”

She tries saying it was extremely intimate which I’m still trying to figure out her definition cause I was miserable 95% of the time.

Left this morning and headed home. I was relieved we could go home and end the vacation, but also cuts deep when you’ve tried everything to relight the fire and cry packing realizing that it’s never going back to what it once was.

The long drive back I couldn’t hold the tears when she asked what was wrong. I just replied “IDK” as I thought to myself “you either really don’t have a clue or you really don’t care.”
