Hi,
I recently got a new La Specialista Maestro but having major trouble getting a good coffee out of the machine. I have many different coffee machines in the past and never had a problem.
I have watched many different videos, even had a session with Delonghi but still no luck.
I am using a Medium Roasted bean (fresh), grind is 3.5 but temp is 3.
Pressure indicates it's over-extracted but in the optimal zone. Single shot, 20 grams of coffee, I tried 10 as per guide, but does not work/compact.
Any help would be grateful.
