Where are the rifles?

Ever since the last update rifle have become more scarce and harder to find I logged in one morning to loot NWAF and I went through the major places and found nothing but 1 USG and 4 SKS's. Does anyone kn ow whats going when it comes to rifle and if it's going to be fixed
