Would you advise against trading after 12 pm generally?

The common theme I’ve heard is that it’s best to trade stocks between 9:30 am and 12 pm. The reasoning is that this is when the highest volume is. I’ve heard that 12 begins the lunch time lethargy and trading after that just seems like things are slowing down. Thoughts?
