A very common approach to learning about daytrading is to pick a few stocks to study and backtest against patterns and strategies. My question is: which stocks? Does a new person pick top 5, 10, 15, etc.? How do you know which stocks are worth learning from? There are so many stocks, how do you pick 3 that will beneficial to your education? Thank you.
