Has anybody tried this strategy?

The strategy is simple, buy TQQQ at an hour past open if the price is greater than the 20 day MA. Put a stop loss in of 1%. No profit target just hold until the end of the day.
Before I spend weeks testing this strategy I am wondering if anybody else has tried this or something similar? Is there anyway this plan could be improved?
