Question about the sawmill

Iv just got to lost lake and I’ve cleared all the ambush camps, nest & hoards (except sawmill). Iv got pretty much the best guns I can at this point in the game (MG45, SMP9 etc) but obviously it’s too early to clear the sawmill. At least for me. However they are there, so I’m wondering… can I take out like half of them to farm some ears for credits/trust at lost lake? If so, will they respawn if I don’t kill them all? Could this be repeatable to keep farming ears?
