Feature request(s): a mini wishlist (certain icons, colors, emojis)
Post Body

Not to jump on the bandwagon, but I think because I've started changing things around in my activities/layout I've been thinking about some things that would be nice to have added.

  • More custom colors? I just recently changed mine after having the same set for years, and I went from outrun/80s colors to trying to make it pink and cute. It made me realize how there's not actually a ton of color variety and maybe more shades would be nice.

  • In the same vein, I saw in the newest update there's now a "slot" for your own custom colors, am I the only one that thinks it'd be cool to have a couple slots to keep your own custom color sets? Maybe even make them nameable so you can create your own color themes?

  • This might sound weird but a 🗯 icon specifically (sorry, I know reddit hates emojis but this time I need to use one). I have a category for "entry tags" and I already use a puffy thought balloon for tagging when I write down what I'm thinking, but I've made do with a regular speech bubble for my "vent" tag and a pointy bubble like that would be better as an icon (not to mention all the other uses for it).

  • Also, for all my fellow weebs, I think more "culture" icons would be cool. Especially for things that are gaining popularity like anime and manga, right now I have to use the lucky cat icon for my anime activity and the comic book "pow!" for manga. Even if not from a culture standpoint, it seems like these are both becoming more popular as general hobbies, so icons for them would be nice to have. Also, I saw there's bubble tea, but I'd love other Eastern foods/snacks like Pocky and Ramune as icons.

  • I think a "recently added" category in the icons list would be useful, since with every update they tend to add more (or sneak a few new ones in there) and with how many there are, it's hard to tell which ones are new or "has that one always been there and I just didn't realize?" Maybe I'm just weird but after an update I like to scroll through and see if any new ones got snuck in.

  • More emojis! I feel like the original set probably has the most variety, and the set that just recently became the free default (the cute kawaii-aesthetic ones) is likely close, but I think it's still missing a few. There's no happy crying face in that set, for instance. Not to mention other sets like the eggs, the squares, and the "hyper-anime" set (the ones with the shimmery eyes) have maybe 15-25 emojis each which I feel is not enough to accurately cover all the moods people might want to put in (I have around 38 moods across all five categories, so there are certain sets that don't actually have enough emojis to even completely use, and that's not accounting for how "specific" the emojis are and whether they show the right emotion for the moods people may choose to add/list). More emoji options means more moods we can put in, so I'd really love to see more added.

Feel free to add your own suggestions, I'm sure there's much more I haven't thought of. Disclaimer: I don't mean to sound like a complainer, I've been using the app for six years and these are things I've gradually noticed as I've made my moods/activities more and more specific.

EDIT: I cannot believe I forgot the icon I want most, please for the love of god can we have a blanket icon? Right now it's a towel and considering how many weekends I spend wrapped in a blanket I would love to have the right icon for it.
