Help needed on chemistry physics and biology courses

Hey everyone! I am a computer science student at Concordia. I am planning to transfer to McGill, but I don’t meet the prerequisites of physics, chemistry, and biology (see screenshot). Studying them at Concordia is really inefficient. Can I meet them through Dawson? And if yes how does one go about them?
