The Terrock settlers on the coastal sections of the Eastern Istabine river have multiplied in number, turning the region into a stronghold of Terrock culture almost as strong as their native Terrine heartlands. These settlers have slowly trickled upstream, and the scattered members of the former native culture of the Istabine riverbanks have slowly acclimated to Terrock culture, creating a Terrock dominance on the banks of the Istabine further North than the original Terrock settlements on the coast. The land between the two rivers, although not adjacent to a river nor a coastline as most Terrock lands, has also been settled by Terrock, as land-based trade and raids between the two rivers has become commonplace.
