Hey everybody. I wanted to give roleplaying and world-building with Dawn another shot, but I've been so busy with school and work lately that I didn't get around to writing this post for some time, never mind writing actual posts for roleplay and tech and whatnot. Suffice to say I'll be declaiming as the Qaraxae-kann.
That said, this does not mean that this distinct culture of migrant herders and farmers will magically disappear from the face of Dawn. Dawn, after all, is not a world devoid of human life outside of those lands marked and colored on our maps; rather, other tribes and polities (including former player claims in some cases) will, like their peers, participate in trade, defend their lands from invasion, raid others for coveted resources, and perhaps even devise new inventions. As a couple of you have personally witnessed already, those who wish to explore or claim more land in Dawn will occasionally have to contend with the other inhabitants of this world. If your people happen to dwell in the Land of the Twin Rivers, then perhaps they will hear the speech of migrant strangers over the next hill.
