Terrock Claim Jumping, Volume II: Hey, Look At All That Empty Coastal Floodplains Over There
Post Body

Labelled Map of Terrock Expansions

As the Terrock people multiply, and leave their home settlements to establish their own homes nearby, the lands settled by those who consider themselves to be Terrock has gradually grown to include more of the Northern banks on the Terrine river, although these fledgeling Northern settlements are now the subject of minor raids of increasing frequency from the crude, uncivilized barbarians who have settled, to the extent that those savages are capable of settling, on the Northernmost banks of the Terrine (1)

The banks of the Terrine river have been the homeland of Terrock families for countless generations, causing restless, edgy Terrock youths to want to move as far away from it as practical. This lead to many Terrock fishermen and sailors to migrate to new settlements to the East and West of the Terrine's mouth, on the coast of the Great Sea, but these settlements were constrained by the relative infertility of the local soil. That is why, when news of another river just to the West of the Terrine filtered back to Terrock society at large from its first adventurous settlers, a veritable flood of Terrock followed suit, establishing fledgling villages on the Southernmost banks of this new river (2, 3).
