The Terrock, having long been a people of the ocean, have over time established coastal villages further and further from their homeland on the banks of the Terrine River. Eventually, this gradual population movement lead to substantial Terrock populations living in previously uninhabited coastal territories (regions 1 and 2 on the expansion map).

On the Terrine River, the peoples indigenous to its Northernmost floodplains have, through intermarriage, mutual migration, and simple prolonged contact, come to adopt many of the customs and habits of their Southern Terrock neighbours, to the point of considering themselves too to be Terrock (region 3 on the expansion map).
