The High Council of Elders have decided that Rrot shall relocate to the continent to the south that shall be called Hanahi appose to Ranahi, the northern continent. 2 Vootos with 18 men each (36 men in total) have been sent to sail Southwest towards the currently known location of Hanahi to scout out a location to move the city of Rrot to. They know of the plants that grow there but also of the murder cats that live there. For this they will bring two weeks of food and extra javelin to defeat these murder cats.

Their jobs are to find suitable locations to settle a city, these are, in order of significance, small islands, peninsulas, or river mouths. When a suitable location is found (either north or south of their initial landing location) the crew must stay there for 5 days to ensure that it is protected. Either when they find a suitable location or running low on food they will return to Rrot and report their discoveries.
