When Oba Misha died of a disease, her 5 children where their on her deathbed. Unfortunately, Me-e, as she was moving to her own house she came down with the same illness and tripped and fell. She spent the rest of her days sick and with a broken hip.

Me-e's husband died a few years before, making her the matriarch of her family. Then when she died she left her three children as the heads of their families, meaning her two younger children need to build their own Mai which Vate doesn't have room for. This issue has prompted the elders to meet and discuss what to do. Me-e's youngest son, Fo, has suggested founding a new city. The other two ideas (proposed by other elders) is to expand the walls of Vate and find a way to fit them into the city anyways.
