All cities in Tupain history, told about from generation to generation all have a similar design. Even 3 of the four cities the Tupai inhabit today follow this design.
A typical Tupain city has arguably four layers of defenses. First the Tupai will not settle a city in a place which isn't easily defensible, a small peninsula or an island is a perfect place for a city. Second, an earthen dyke is built by placing two Palisades about two arm lengths apart and filling the area in between with dirt. Then a dirt ramp is constructed on the inside of the dyke. Several watch towers are then built along the dyke. The third line of defense is another palisade built three arm lengths in front of the dyke. Finally, twenty arm lengths of trees are cut to create a field between the walls and the forests.
Three of the four current cities of the Tupai are built like this, Rrot however is not. Rrot is built on a small island and does not need walls.
All of the Tupai cities have a longhouse in them where the elders meet and festivals are held.
