Recommendations for therapists in or near Davis?

Struggling with coping with my emotions around past trauma, being a care giver to family and helping family with their mental health struggles.
Anyone have anyone they can recommend? I wouldn't say I have anxiety or depression, just a lot going on so not looking for a psychiatrist but a therapist or counselor I suppose.
