Sylvian announces retirement?

I read on a recent forum that Sylvian has closed down his Samhadi Sound label and announced his retirement from making any further music. I'm not aware of the recognised source for this announcement. Has anyone else heard this is true? As someone who has been a follower of his career for over 40 years I find it sad but understandable as he is over 60 years of age.
