I've read the instructions in the book a few times but I'm having trouble with the technique. I know it is associated with a feeling of lightness or even laughter but I think I'm suppressing/repressing my feelings when they come up. An unpleasant emotion from a thought doesn't last but a few seconds before it seems to be gone, usually with a huff breathe like (oh forget it, it'll workout). I also struggle with identifying the feeling. Any advice? I think I'll try meditative sitting for a longer period of time and see if I can't get a "high".
