I Have Not Been To Oxford Town
Post Body

It's one of my favourite Bowie tracks ever. As good as anything he did in the 70s. A little masterpiece that gets underrated by its own casual tone. I think it's a little perfect gem, such a charming song and the most delicious melody. I was happy that BowieSongs.wordpress.com considered his best track of the 90s, I was also pleased to see a version in Starship Troopers, so at least a few people were paying attention on those tracks greatness.

What about you guys, what do you guys think? Am I delusional? Do you think it's just filler and I am over-reacting?

edit: I also think this song is a bit tragic now that the world is quite difficult and it clearly suggests that the new millennium would be better

This is what I could have been

Love it. Gets stuck in my head a lot; it's very catchy.
