On Top of the Pops. I’m a young adult now (almost 19, this crush started when I was 11 and probably continued until I was 13) but god, watching him perform live just made me realize that I don’t think I have quite gotten over it. The thing is that I honestly think he was better looking in 1972 particularly than he was in other years of the 70s, but even then it’s just… I don’t know how to explain it, more than any other musician other than 80s-90s Michael Jackson or Axl Rose, BOWIE’s energy and strangeness were (and honestly are, I thought my Bowie attraction was dead but then I see him live and I’m like I guess not) what drew me to him. I’ll probably get downvoted for saying this, but I sometimes look at a pic of h ad feel he was quite good looking and other times I don’t see it as much, but no matter what his creativity, confidence and self expression are what always make him wildly attractive to me no matter what era he’s in!
