Post Body

I'd like to let you know that Dave is 1000% right when he says whatever can go wrong will go wrong, and why you need that emergency fund in place. Here's a list of things that have broke THIS YEAR in my house that I've had to replace, along with making my 15year payment. I cant wait til this year is over!!!

Hot Water Heater - $1500

Refrigerator - 2K

Vitamix Blender - $400

Car broke down 3 times: $2500ish for repairs

Sliding Door to our bathroom broken - $300

Furnace repair: $800

Running Toilet, needs a plummer: ??? on standby

Dishwasher broken, not washing: need a new one..... $1300??

I've been able to cash flow most of it but damn its sucked and its been one thing after another. If I didnt have my emergency fund and had other debt I'd be seriously screwed even more than I already am. Thank you Dave!!!!
