Growing Datura Innoxia as a Newb

Hey guys,
I'm completely new to growing datura (just got a dozen innoxia seeds and live in an environment where they should thrive) and really any plants at all so I have a few very basic questions to ask:
I have twelve innoxia seeds they all look similar in terms of colour and size. When I get a pot should I put all the seeds in or just a couple and how should they be spaced?
How often do I water the plant?
Should I use some kind of nitrogen plant solution to help it grow?
