I need your guys help

I have a 1974 Datsun 260z 2 2 with 61000 miles it’s non running and I think I have one piston stuck I don’t know much but the car means so much to me any ideas on what I should do to get it running I believe piston 4 is stuck I have pb I just need to get oil out of the cylinder as the oil I put in the others has drawing through any ideas?
