Unreasonable expectations

For thousands and thousands of years, one had to find a partner within walking distance. That wasn’t much of a selection, but partners bonded, and the species thrived. More recently, one might be in an arranged marriage and develop a close bond with one’s partner. The idea that one has a unique soulmate is a fantasy propagated by Hollywood. Quit OLD and get to know your neighbors better .
