About me:

I was born and raised in good ol' Texas. I grew up in a small town then moved to the big city, which could be the makings of a movie. I currently live in Houston as you might have noticed. While I love Texas, I will definitely be moving from city to city following the tides of my career path. Texas may or may not be the place for me, but I will certainly be traveling and staying in other places. It depends on work and my partner. I am of Asian descent, specifically South Asian. I am pursuing a career in medicine, so I am in medical school right now.

Hobbies/Interests: I believe a connection is more vital to a relationship than sharing the same hobbies/interests. It would be nice to have similar interests, but I place value in values, beliefs, personality, etc. It's not necessary to share the same hobbies, but it would be nice. Without further ado, I present: - Movies and TV (Sci-fi, horror, and crime): "Inception", "Godzilla Minus One", "The Thing" (1982), "Shutter Island". - Exercising, especially running. I love running outside, especially in parks and on trails. I do enjoy lifting too, and I attend the gym. - Food (Thai, Mediterranean, and Indian). I love trying different cuisines, so I like to explore different restaurants. Houston is a great place to do that. While I enjoy eating out, I love cooking at home and trying new recipes. - Reading. I am trying to return to reading. I used to read a lot more, but the only pages I read now are the ones from a textbook. I like space opera, mystery, and non-fiction. - Boardgames and videogames. I have played several Boardgames, and my favorite were Arboretum and Mysterium.
- Nature-y stuff. I love being outside, just walking around and taking in the scenery. I find solace in the outdoors, strolling through serene landscapes, admiring the beauty nature generously offers.

I would eventually like to pickup a few more interests such as learning how to play the piano and the violin. Who knows? Maybe we can pickup something together....

What I seek in a partner:

I'm in search of someone who shares my commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle. While I place value on physical compatibility, I appreciate diverse body types, favoring a shared dedication to overall wellness. Intimacy and romance hold significant importance for me, and I highly value physical affection. Fostering openness and vulnerability is crucial in forming stronger bonds; I deeply appreciate the intimacy it brings to a relationship. Physical Description:

At around 5'7", I've transitioned from being a short-hair enthusiast to embracing long locks. My current style boasts long black hair, with intentions to keep the growth going. While I've never experimented with growing a beard, it's a thought for the future. I usually sport some stubble but tend to prefer a clean-shaven look. My skin tone varies between light to medium caramel, influenced by seasons and Texas heat. Dark brown eyes accompany my slim-to-average physique, shaped by my love for running and lifting.

Religion & Politics:

I identify as a non-resistant nonbeliever, akin to agnosticism, a term I stumbled upon during my college philosophy course, and it resonated with me. Although I grew up attending a Christian church and my undergraduate school was Christian-oriented, my parents practice Hinduism, offering me exposure to various beliefs. However, I'm personally not religious. I'm open-minded towards all religious affiliations and welcome the opportunity to learn about different faiths.

Similarly, my political stance isn't easily boxed into conservative or democratic ideologies. I value the continuous evolution of my political beliefs, emphasizing independent thinking and the avoidance of polarizing partisan politics. I believe in the importance of being challenged to foster growth and maintain my autonomy of thought and action.

Kids & Pets:

I've made the decision not to have children. For me, it's about prioritizing my partner, hobbies, and career. It's a personal lifestyle choice that allows me to dedicate myself fully to these areas. My partner holds the top spot in my life, and I couldn't imagine it any other way.

I opt not to have pets due to lifestyle constraints, financial considerations, and personal preferences. I simply have no interest in having pets, but I'd be willing to accommodate.
