I'm not sure if this is the right subbreddit to talk about this but I'm planning to buy laptop that fits my budget however sadly, it doesn't come with a sd card reader.
It's my first time purchasing something like this so I need help with recommendations. All I want is a USB SD card reader that can read larger and micro sd cards. However I am having trouble to find a good one because I've seen reviews of people where they said they gotten their sd card melted or corrupted. Even though it is based off of personal experience, I'm not sure if I want to take those chances.
I'm considering to buy the UGREEN SD Card Reader USB 3.0 to SD TF 2-in-1 Card Adapter because of the heat dissipation.
I'm also considering to buy the Anker 2-in-1 USB 3.0 SD Card Reader as well since it's very popular.
Which SD Card reader do you guys recommend? Or is there any other SD Card Reader you guys recommend?
EDIT: I found a SD Card Reader that's $10. It doesn't have a micro sd card slot but I realized I don't really need it since I'm going to use an adapter anyway. It's the Kingston MobileLite Plus USB 3.2 microSDHC/SDXC UHS-II Card Reader (MLPM Thank you guys for your recommendations!
