How To Back Up Android Phone Locally ?

I currently have a WD 12TB drive hooked up to a raspberry pi. The drive is shared over the network using smb. What apps or scripts are yall using to back up your files on your android devices ?
My primary use case are photos and videos since when you download from Google Photos using the API, EXIF data is lost.
