I tried CloudBerry Backup and rclone and I cant get more than 10-11MBytes/s up to the amazon cloud drive.
I have a 300/300mbit fiber connection so I should be getting 25-30MB/s
Did some research and on rclone I increased the chunk size to 1024MB and set the upload bandwidth to unlimited and that changed nothing.
