So I am wondering if it's only my account or others are facing the same problem:
Friday I requested an increase of storage quota for our Dropbox Business Advanced account and they were only able to add 10TB (the two times before we got 250/300TB) and said they would add more as soon as it's possible.
Now 5 days later this has not happened and all my queries ended in "we will get back to you as soon as we can add more storage, sorry for the inconvenience". They seem to tell me it's a technical problem they are working on, but I can't find anybody else facing the same issues: am I the only one or are they really having trouble with their infrastructure?
