Setting up a dart wall, looking to keep noise to a minimal

The wife is open to me bringing the dart board up from the basement. I am thinking of putting the steel tip board up and getting an electronic one also. The wall is an internal wall sheathed in drywall and I would put up a 1/4" sheet of plywood since I have two young kids (I would never hit the wall, I swear). How can I do this and minimize the noise?
