Hello guys.
I also have a question for those who participate in the competitions. How do you manage to find your concentration and overcome your emotions in important matches or that you consider important?
I play in the National Championship from Romania. Given the fact that I don't have much playing experience, although I play better than many players, my emotions made me lose some matches that I would normally have won.
Do you know of any exercises, books, or other recommendations that could help me with this matter?
