why is the second image brownish?

i’m dodging the photos in a series to make a loop of him slowly beginning to glow. the second one is dodged. also i put a glass sheet on top each time, so there’s some texture in the first that sort of changes in the second.
i used the same process each time, but the second time i developed for 30s instead of 26s.
