SP-445 tank issues

I am getting these bands on my 4x5 negatives in my Stearman Press tank. They don’t all have it. It’s random which ones will get it. It’s shadows from the film holder that goes in the tank.
Is it because the negative is sticking to the film holder? Is there any way to prevent this?
More importantly is there any way to FIX this and remove this banding?
