Rejects refusing to extract is incredibly annoying.

Especially if 2/4 are involved so you can't kick them. I get it, slashing endless hordes of poxwalkers can be fun. But others want to finish the mission and get their rewards, level up, and move on to the next mission. If kicking isn't an option then you're basically forced to wait until the ones refusing to extract get bored, or leave and miss out on your full reward. Strikes me as really inconsiderate of other people's time.
I really wish there was some form of extraction timer so this was a non-issue.
