Settings for GeDoSaTo to add this effect?

I just got GeDoSaTo and I need it for some other mods to work, but I'd like to know what settings I need to setup so that the mod looks like Wickfut (the "Pretty" version). Mainly I like how the game is not TOO much darker but the lights really shine brightly. Maybe it's the lens flare? I dunno.
If anyone can help me and wants to know exactly what I mean, here's a video with exactly what I'm talking about. Skip to about 1:20.
