Fun/Gimmicky/Wierd weapons?

I've been having a lot of fun recently making weapon-centric builds off of weapons i normally never use, like the Dragonslayer spear, Full Moon Sickles, Ricard's Rapier, Craftsman's Hammer, butcher's knife (i actually did a no estus/lifegems run for the butcher's knife, once you actually have the weapon is when the real fun starts)
But anyways, I'm thinking of doing it with more weapons that are either just fun, have some gimmicky special attack or are wierd in an interesting way, any recommendations?
