I'm having a great time in the Brotherhood of Blood

But I cant get past how much lag occurs (getting pulled into attacks that you dodge by 3 feet) and the number of meta equipment wielders is overwhelming.
I'm not complaining, I just wish I had better equipment so I could deal and take as much damage as others And how are some players healing so much?
