My character was a low ranking Astora Knight charged with patroling the surrounding woods for foreign armies, bandit movement, and dangerous beasts.

One day he was ravaged by creatures he cannot bring himself to remember. He doesnt remember when he woke up, or how long he walked after that, but he came across a crimson clad woman who told him of an ancient land.

He started towards his family home but never arrived, almost like the land he walked was now foreign, but in reality the curse was leading him far from home.

Now in the land of Drangleic, he stuggles to keep his human form as he's constantly forgetting about his life and family, only thoughts of victory in battle, and finding a cure keep him sane, if you could call it that.

But he is "chosen', and wont rest until he see's his world fixed, and he can remember the family that appears in his dreams
