Question about Heirs of the Sun offline

Right now, I'm one miracle from getting all the achievements in the game. Problem is, I don't have Gold membership so I can't play online. I know that the enemies in Harvest Valley and Things Betwixt drop sunlight medals, but, my question is, do they still drop them even of I'm not in the covenant? I'm currently in Company of Champions so the enemies would respawn.
