Gearing up for a no death/no bonfire run on my next ng+. Any tips?

I really just want the rings and honestly I'm not to worried as I am nearly level 400. I plan to farm enough hard souls to just do the shrine skip.
If I understand correctly this just leaves the dragon riders, looking glass knight, demon of song, velstedt, guardian dragon, the throne duo, and nashadra as the bosses I have to face is that correct?
Any tips on taking on this challenge? Did I miss any bosses?
