I've tried a bunch including Large Club, Halberd, Lance, BK Halberd, Greatsword, BK U. Greatsword, Claymore...

I just can't find one that I like. Seems like when I swing after a roll my guy will swing a large weapon the WRONG way for some insane reason, even if I'm locked on. This happens with throwing knives too for some reason. If I roll backwards I'll throw them sideways or the complete wrong direction.

All that said, I do sorta like the Crescent Axe...but it requires Twinkling Titanite...is the BK Greataxe worth putting points into INT/FAITH?

I was hoping to find something with a decently quick animation (I know I won't get something fast like a longsword) that has a nice moveset...so far I feel like my options are a Lumbering Stick, a Lumbering Sword, or a mostly lumbering Lance/Halberd/Axe. Is there anything I'm missing or should try?

btw, I've got a dex character and a STR/DEX/FAI character I use the Sun Sword with and like, but that's not a STR based character though.

I'm hoping I just haven't picked up a weapon I would like yet. (I'm almost in Drangleic Castle)
