These tapes document Trial 53 of Serum Sierra Delta which is in its 5th iteration. Doctor Carter warps and manipulates Subject 53 as she turns from an ordinary girl into a depraved deviant who is rendered into a mindless fuck puppet by the trials end. Location, identity, and status of 53 is unknown to this day.

This is the last tape recovered from Black Site Charlie Tango also known as the Institute.
