I want recommendations about an obsessive hero who gets obsessed the first time when seeing the fmc and stalks her and knows everything about her, even installing cameras in her house. I want him to have a mask kink or whatever you call it and the fmc gets turned on by the mask. If he is a serial killer, it is very good as well. Spice level would be 4 and if it dark but with morally grey characters, it would be appreciated. Some tropes I do not like are bullying, non consensual acts, and pregnancy.

Any recommendation would be appreciated but I do not like paranormal settings, only contemporary. POV would be single.
