Hello brothers!
I've started collecting Dark Angels and have begun my army with the minis from the Soul Forge box. Built them earlier this month and finally picked up some paints from my local hobby shop, following some advice on what to pick from the helpful guy there.
Here is a sergeant and a standard intercessor that I've painted, wanted to test a few things out on these two to get a feel for how to thin paints/layer/test brush sizes and so on.
I'm not 100% happy or complete with painting them yet, still bits to do for the weapons and tidy up some spots, but as someone who's never painted a model before (I have a sin bin of about fifty-sixty scale model tanks in my attic...) I feel quite pleased with the results. Was wondering what you guys all think!
