Massive rubberbanding despite stable internet connection?

Please don't downvote into oblivion, but I'm genuine curious if other people are having the same issue mentioned in the thread title?

I have very solid internet connection, however literally ever dungeon I'm rubberbanding every 3-5 seconds making the game unplayable. Is it something on the server side? I saw one or two posts saying it's when other players are interacting with stuff in your vicinity, but was it just something in the most recent patch?

I just started playing and wanted to know if this was something the devs were already aware of / a common issue among other players.
