Ignite or Ghost?

Everyone in my elo has begun taking ignite and it really does feel like they end up having an edge in my lane no matter what cuz my Q heal's will just get cut down anytime I all in, Ghost doesn't provide any combat edge other than sticking power and teamfighting, which is pointless if you end up losing lane, should I just switch to ignite against dueling top laners like Jax and Fiora?
