Marvel Netflix shows - what’s mandatory viewing for DD S3?

So I’ve just watched Daredevil Season 1&2 (really good btw) but I know that because of the Defenders and the other Marvel Netflix shows I can’t jump right in to Season 3 without context. So, what do I need to see before Season 3? Just the Defenders? Do i need to see Jessica Jones for that too?
