[SPOILERS S3] Does S3 loops into S1?

New to show but it already seems immensely boring. This seems like the kind of show where the end just loops into the beginning / nothing can be changed / its all predetermined / nothing fucking happens.
Should i just delete it now, or does the plot actually move forward.
