[SPOILERS S1] Just finished rewatch of S1 and have a question....

So I definitely don't have perfect memory of everything that happens in S2 and 3 but I can definitely say from this rewatch how brilliant the show is. My questions is: Helge and Jonas were in the bunker at different times and both were able to see the black(worm?) hole, could Charlotte and Peter also see it as they were also in the bunker?
